What they have in common are wads of scholarship money available to students willing to spend the time and energy in pursuit of their funding. Kiplinger reported today that a search on www.fastweb.com will access 1.5 million possible scholarships with an aggregate value of $3.4 billion. Fastweb also searches “best-fit” colleges and internships as a nice bonus, though I think the college selection process still needs some tweaking by the techies at Fastweb.
